The World Pro Ski Tour heads west the week after Tenney Mountain, New Hampshire, for its next stop in Aspen, Colorado. From March 5–8, 2026, athletes will compete at the base of Aspen Mountain, right beside the iconic Silver Queen Gondola. All events will feature the Tour’s signature dual super slalom, singleelimination, bracketstyle format—bringing fans the fast, headtohead racing they love.

Aspen Lodging
Aspen lodging is also available for booking. A block of rooms has been reserved at the Inn at Aspen, located at the base of the Buttermilk ski area. Any rooms not booked by March 3 will be released, and rates will increase to full price. The pricing is the lowest we could find in Aspen during spring break, though rooms are still averaging around $500 per night.
Each room includes a minirefrigerator and microwave. The property offers ondemand shuttle service, and the local town bus stops every 10 minutes for easy access around Aspen. If you’re interested in booking a room or need more details, please contact me directly.
Athlete Check-in
All athletes must complete check-in by Wednesday, February 25. Attendance at the inperson racer meeting is required. If you cannot attend, please arrange for a representative to be there on your behalf. A ZOOM login is provided at the end of this document for those who need to participate remotely.
For athletes who are traveling, limited late checkin will be available on Friday morning from 8:00–9:00 AM at the Gorsuch Ski Café. Please contact us if you expect to arrive late.
Prize money
Each event will remain consistent with past seasons: $10,000 will be awarded to the firstplace finisher, for each of the men’s and women’s competitions. A full breakdown is enclosed at the end of this document.
Prize Money Distribution – New Process
Beginning in 2026, prize money will be distributed through Bill.com. All athletes will need to register with them. After you register with WPST, you will receive an email invitation to Bill.com.
Please follow the instructions to enter your banking information and all appropriate tax forms, W9 for U.S. athletes or W8BEN for international athletes. This setup only needs to be completed once.
If your banking details change at any point, you will be responsible for updating your information directly in Bill.com. Please register with Bill.com before our first events at Tenney Mountain, NH. Prize money will not be issued until your account setup is complete.
Website

During registration, you will be asked to sign a waiver, this only needs to be completed once per season. You will also be prompted to fill out your athlete bio. Please take a moment to provide thoughtful information, including background details and key stats. This helps our TV commentators and announcers share your story during broadcasts. Please do not skip this!
Prior to each race weekend, a dedicated WhatsApp group will be created for athletes, staff, and TV personnel. After you complete your registration, you will be added to the group automatically. If you are not receiving notifications, please confirm your phone number with us. WhatsApp will be used throughout the weekend to share notifications, updates, delays, and any changes to the schedule.
