ATHLETE REGISTRATION GUIDE
Hello Athletes,
We’re excited to kick off the 2026 winter race season for the World Pro Ski Tour. Planning is well underway, and we’re pleased to share a first look at what’s ahead. We have two venues confirmed for the season, with a third location currently in development. Across these stops, we will host two men’s and two women’s professional ski races at each venue.
REGISTATION FOR TENNEY MOUNTAIN IS OPEN!
NAME ON BIBS DEADLINE IS FEBRUARY 3, 2026
Due to the timeline to Tenney, your bib cut off is Feb 3, 2026, to have your name put on your bib. There will be no exceptions due to printing timelines.
REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2026, at midnight, MST.
For late entries after February 18, reach out to me directly for approval.

Tenney Mountain, New Hampshire
The tour will open at Tenney Mountain with a single super slalom qualification, Thursday, February 26. The dual super slalom events for both men and women will follow on Friday and Saturday, February 27–28, 2026.
Aspen, Colorado
The competition will continue the following week after Tenney, in Aspen, Colorado. With events held March 6-8, 2026, at the base of Aspen Mountain, right next to the Silver Queen Gondola.
All events will follow our signature dual super slalom, singleelimination, bracketstyle format, delivering the fast, headtohead racing our athletes and fans love.
Lodging
For Tenney Mountain, a block of rooms has been reserved at the Fairfield Hotel by Marriott, on a first come first serve basis. If you are interested reach out immediately and I can send you the link to book directly. The discounted rate is $174 per night, including taxes. Most rooms include two beds, with a limited number of king rooms available. Additional lodging options are available through Airbnb, VRBO, and several local condo complexes.
Aspen lodging is also open. We have reserved a block of rooms at the Inn at Aspen at Buttermilk ski area. The remaining rooms not booked will be released February 3. The pricing is the lowest we could find in Aspen during spring break. Unfortunately, the rooms are averaging close to $500 per night. All rooms have mini refrigerators and microwaves. They also offer on demand shuttles, and the local town bus runs every 10 minutes. If you are interested, contact me directly for more information.
Athletes Check-in
All athletes must complete check-in on Wednesday, February 25. Attendance at the inperson racer meeting is required. If you cannot attend, please arrange for a representative to be there on your behalf. A ZOOM login is provided below for those who need to participate remotely.
For athletes who are traveling, limited late checkin will be available on Thursday morning from 8:00–9:00 AM in the Tenney Lodge. Please contact us if you expect to arrive late.
Prize money
Each event will remain consistent with past seasons: $10,000 will be awarded to the firstplace finisher, for each of the men’s and women’s competitions. A full breakdown is enclosed at the end of this document.
Prize Money Distribution – New Process
Beginning in 2026, all prize money will be distributed through Bill.com. All athletes will need to register with them. After you register with WPST, you will receive an email invitation to Bill.com.
Please follow the instructions to enter your banking information and all appropriate tax forms, W9 for U.S. athletes or W8BEN for international athletes. This setup only needs to be completed once.
If your banking details change at any point, you will be responsible for updating your information directly in Bill.com. Please register with Bill.com before our first events at Tenney Mountain, NH. Prize money will not be issued until your account setup is complete.
Website
We’re excited to launch our new website! This is a work in progress. All athletes will need to create a new username and password. During registration, you will be asked to sign a waiver, this only needs to be completed once per season. You will also be prompted to fill out your athlete bio. Please take a moment to provide thoughtful information, including background details and key stats. This helps our TV commentators and announcers share your story during broadcasts. Please do not skip this!
Prior to each race weekend, a dedicated WhatsApp group will be created for athletes, staff, and TV personnel. After you complete your registration, you will be added to the group automatically. If you are not receiving notifications, please confirm your phone number with us. WhatsApp will be used throughout the weekend to share notifications, updates, delays, and any changes to the schedule.
Field sizes will be set according to the number of registered athletes and the applicable governing rules.

If more than 28 athletes register, the field will expand to 32.

If registration is 28 or fewer, the field will be capped at 16.

If registration drops below 14, the field will be reduced to 8.
Courses
During the season our Super Slalom courses will be set at approximately 15 -17 meters. There is a full description of the courses in the Rules of Competition.
Social Media
We will be collecting your social media handles to use in our marketing efforts. You will be asked to share those during the registration process.

A final schedule will be distributed prior to race weekend. The rules will also be posted at www.worldproskitour.com/athletes.
2026 ENTRY FEES “All” athletes racing in 2026 will be members of the tour at no additional fee.
Membership $0 membership for the season
Entry Fees Men & Women $300 entry for the weekend (2 events)
College Discount* $200 for entry for the weekend (2 events)
*Athletes currently attending college must provide a photo of their active college ID in order to receive the college discount. Once the ID is verified, a discount code will be issued, and that code must be applied before paying for your race entry.

Step 1. REGISTER AS NEW MEMBER (athlete portal) - First Time

Go to the athlete tab, create a racer account, setting up a username and password.

Fill out the registration form with your bio information, which may be used on our website, social media, and TV features.

After submitting the form, sign the athlete agreement.

You can begin registering and paying for races at this point.

Note: You must complete your racer registration before you can pay for any races.
Step 2. DO NOT FORGET TO GO BACK AND PAY (athlete portal)
Register and submit your race fee. Once your membership is active, return to the Race Registration page, where the entry fee for each race will be displayed.
Our TV production company is heading into the winter season at full throttle, with multiple television shows slated for production throughout the coming months. Life in Between Gates continues to expand its reach, now syndicated to more than 85 million households across major regional sports networks including NBC Sports, MASN, Sportsnet Pittsburg, NESN, Gray Sports.
This season’s highlight show will air nationally on Fox Sports 2, giving the series even broader exposure. For streaming audiences, all events will be available across multiple digital platforms, including WPST’s Facebook page and the WPST YouTube channel, ensuring fans can tune in from anywhere.
The World Pro Ski Tour is actively preparing for an exciting 2026 race season and already looking ahead to 2027. All updates including new sponsors, schedule adjustments, and TV production details will be shared during our athlete meetings at each event. We look forward to sharing additional details soon, including the full schedule and venue announcements.
